THE MULLINS BROTHERS

The Mullins Brothers is a group that comes from a long line of pickers and singers whose family and musical roots lie in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky.  Most listeners will hear and see the influence of their bluegrass roots.  Audiences can expect to hear a number of good old gospel tunes, traditional blugrass and country songs as well as some original folk type ballads about family and home.  While the Mullins Brothers are not committed to a single style of music, they are committed to making good music and having fun with their audiences, wherever the music takes them.

BOBBY SOLBERG

PAUL COLMAN

A Review from CCM

A JOURNEY THROUGH THE YEARS WITH PAUL COLMAN

History, Paul Colmans new solo release.  begins yet another chapter.  After garnering significant radio popularity as front man for the GRAMMY-nominated Paul Colman Trio (PC3), adding a Dove Award to his mantle, releasing a solo record, selling hundreds of thousands of records and becoming a member of Newsboys, Colman recently left his fellow Aussie rockers to go it alone!

Culling 13 of his best recordings into one package, the new release,History, serves to remember past eras and ruminate over future endeavors.

“Turn,” “Run,” “Fill My Cup” and “Solution” catalogue his PC3 radio era (as well as an enjoyable live recording of “The Killing Tree”), while “Gloria,” “The One Thing,” “Holding On to You” and “I Owe it All” pull from 2005’s Let It Go solo effort.

“All U Need,” the album’s new song, utilizes a single acoustic guitar to carve an irresistible space for Colman’s evocative vocal.

Paul is witty and engaging..a night youll remember!

JOHN WALLER

this sophomore set is a solid follow-up to his impressive 2007 debut, "The Blessing." Prior to embarking on a solo career, he'd already gained a substantial fan base as leader of the band According to John.

"While I'm Waiting," has already become a hit thanks to the exposure in the film FIREPROOF!

Waller has a compelling voice that infuses his songs with integrity: He draws the listener into each lyric.

A Recent visit to the Cup was so well attended that we decided to try the night again with a 2show night.  Don't miss this night!
