"Songs from Bright Avenue" were released in 1991, a collection of songs he wrote while struggling with the dissolution of his marriage. The years that followed were a time of emotional healing and moving forward with his life. " an extraordinary singer-songwriter whose songs inspire, provoke, move, and entertain. He's a great storyteller both in and between his songs, and his guitar work is sparkling!" www.bob-bennett.com BRUCE CARROLL-Although the world may point to his two Grammy Awards, seven Dove Awards and eleven No. 1 singles on the Christian charts and say "you have arrived," Bruce Carroll doesn't see it that way. For him, the musical journey is just beginning, and every day it takes a fresh turn. "I lean towards writing heart songs about real life issues, songs that aren't able to be tied up in nice little neat bows, because life is not tied up in nice little neat bows. www.brucecarroll.com
