CLOVERTON & Zoe Delaney
Friday, 10/04/2013

Lance on piano, Tim on lead guitar, Matt on rhythm guitar, Kirby on drums, and Layne on bass guitar, Cloverton’s sound is a blend of piano driven rock/pop with influences by Coldplay, Leeland and Third Day.

Nashville offers many musicians opportunities and Lance stumbled upon his own. Early in 2008, Lance signed up to perform in Embassy Music’s Talent Search, which was held during Gospel Music Week. Keeping his entry a secret, Lance performed solo, winning both the regional songwriting and performance categories. The win entitled him to an industry showcase and studio time with Nashville producers.

Lance’s win gave Cloverton a channel for their passion and energy, as their new CD is now available.  The band’s central theme is simple: pointing people to a right relationship with God. “We hope to connect our listeners with something much bigger than any of us.”

Here's a little Teaser for the New Album coming out in Sept 2013

THE LAWRENCE FAMILY
Saturday, 10/05/2013

About 17 years ago the young Lawrence children lined up in the family’s living room, (with mother’s encouragement!), and sang “His Eye is on the Sparrow” for a visiting dear woman. As tears filled her eyes, she knew the children were destined to be sharing their music. Since that time, Wendell and Sheila, together with their 8 Children, have been using their gifts and a whole bunch of instruments to bring a fresh, Gospel music filled concert to groups here in northeast Wisconsin and beyond. Their music is an eclectic blend of contemporary songs rich with meaning, traditional gospel and harmonious hymns. The Lawrence family makes their home in Black Creek, WI.

BECOME WHO YOU WERE MEANT TO BE
Young, believing men today are facing an identity crisis. Trapped in lives of emptiness, hopelessness, and apathy, ensnared in a web of addictions, anxiety, and broken relationships, we are a generation who seem lost, without purpose, and without direction. But is this who we were meant to be?
Andrew Schwab delivers his most candid, comical, and spiritually encouraging work to date, speaking into the lives of “lost” young men. Schwab delves into topics such as addiction, pride, lust, relating to the opposite sex, and many others, in this collection of daily readings. The Tin Soldiers offers direction for the drifter, purpose for purposeless, and a practical template on how to find something we've never had: an identity based in righteous character.

Cello Fury review by: Sarah Wilson
Simon Cummings, Ben Munoz and Nicole Myers are the three who make up the Cello section of the Fury with no small part played by their drummer Dave Throckmorton. Simply put? They are amazing. I've said it before but I never fail to be surprised at the wide variety of sound two varieties of instruments put together can create. And more? How very NOT cheesy it all is in the end!
Seeing them live is an experience for sure. And not just for the flash-which there is with lots of hair tossing, cello spinning and I'm having more fun than anything on earth; faces pulled, but it's the music that will really blow you away. Fast and furious with the cellists standing, running bows across strings at blinding speed. Or sitting, plucking out an amazing intricate tunes with their fingers on four strings. All the while? Making you want to move!
