BURLAP TO CASHMERE
Friday, 07/03/2015

If You Saw this Show last year... you know how special it was..Invite Friends!

Burlap to Cashmere redefined folk rock in the 90s through its unique melding of flamenco and Mediterranean influences crossed with poetically introspective lyrics, yet the band bowed out in 2001 after years of nonstop touring alongside some of the biggest acts in the business took its toll. A decade after its split, the band that paved the way for The Avett Brothers and Mumford and Sons – singer /guitarist/songwriter Steven Delopoulos, guitarist John Philippidis and drummer Theodore Pagano – have 'just' released a New CD, FREEDOM SOULS.

"We have worked so hard on this record. We initially went into the studio with preconceived ideas of what it would sound like. However, over time, the process started shaping into something entirely different from what we were expecting--something a little more daring and way more interesting.

This record hearkens back to the original energy of our first record, the rootsy folk-rock of our last album, then ventures into sonic territory we’ve never covered before as a band. We’ve never been so excited about a release before. Now here we are with an album we are proud to stand behind"

JOSH WILSON
Friday, 07/24/2015

A guy with chart-topping hits, an industry award for Songwriter/Artist of the Year, and critical recognition as “the future of Christian pop”—all well before age 30—should be walking around feeling lighter than air, right? A strong faith and a healthy marriage are even higher in that mix. So no one was more surprised than Josh Wilson when he had a serious panic attack last year.
“My strange symptoms culminated in severe chest and shoulder pain, difficulty breathing, and almost passing out,” he explains. “My wife took me to the emergency room because we thought I was having a heart attack.”
After several tests a doctor confirmed what had happened, and Josh went home thinking the out-of-nowhere anxiety rush was a weird one-time event. But it wasn’t, and the melodious storyteller was soon waking up frantic in the dark, even canceling performances for fear of losing control. Reconciling these unexpected shades of emotion with his long held beliefs has come to define Wilson’s intentionally joyful, duly heart-touching new album, Carry Me.
NOW BRINGING A NEW CD!

BOB STROMBERG COMEDY
Friday, 09/25/2015

Bob Stromberg is a funny man. For over thirty years he has traveled the world performing his very unique and perfect blend of standup, story and shtick.
He's the co-author and an original star of the megahit theatrical comedy, Triple Espresso (A Highly Caffeinated Comedy), which has been seen by nearly two  million people from San Diego to the West End of London. The Chicago Sun Times called Bob, "...a mesmerizing physical comedian." The London Times called him, "...a genuinely funny man."

Bob's facilitates surprising laughter with an arsenal of gifts including physical comedy, a non-threatening touch of audience participation and yes...even hand shadows, which the London Metro described as "stunning". Add to this hilarious and tender stories from his own experience and audiences leave amazed, refreshed and different than when they came.

Bob Stromberg morphs his favorite shadows to create a surrealistically beautiful piece. Performed to Morten Lauridsen's Dirait-On as played by Los Angeles Guitar Quartet.
