BOB STROMBERG COMEDY
Friday, 09/25/2015

Bob Stromberg is a funny man. For over thirty years he has traveled the world performing his very unique and perfect blend of standup, story and shtick.
He's the co-author and an original star of the megahit theatrical comedy, Triple Espresso (A Highly Caffeinated Comedy), which has been seen by nearly two  million people from San Diego to the West End of London. The Chicago Sun Times called Bob, "...a mesmerizing physical comedian." The London Times called him, "...a genuinely funny man."

Bob's facilitates surprising laughter with an arsenal of gifts including physical comedy, a non-threatening touch of audience participation and yes...even hand shadows, which the London Metro described as "stunning". Add to this hilarious and tender stories from his own experience and audiences leave amazed, refreshed and different than when they came.

Bob Stromberg morphs his favorite shadows to create a surrealistically beautiful piece. Performed to Morten Lauridsen's Dirait-On as played by Los Angeles Guitar Quartet.

Jenny & Tyler - Jillian Edwards
Saturday, 10/10/2015

JENNY & TYLER:

Jenny & Tyler are an acoustic folk-pop duo whose live performances strike a rare balance of intimacy and intensity. They share their songs, their stories and their lives with a candor that captivates, inspires and transcends age and cultural divides. Regardless of background, their music hits closest to home for people who are wrestling with faith and searching for answers in an uncertain world.

Acoustic guitar, mandolin and the kick-drum of an old suitcase drive catchy melodies to support thoughtful lyrics as Jenny & Tyler chronicle lives marked daily by love, joy, loss, doubt and redemption. Their blend of driving, percussive folk-pop rings of Mumford & Sons and Nickel Creek, and at times echoes popular male-female duos such as She & Him and fellow Nashville darlings The Civil Wars.  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4dj2ry0qyErY5czFIZfMmQ

JILLIAN EDWARDS: a singer-songwriter based in Nashville. Her latest album,Daydream, debuted top of the singer/songwriter chart.  Originally from Dallas, this 25-year old indie songstress' sound is influenced by Alison Krauss, Patty Griffin and Mindy Smith. Jillian's ability to silence a room of strangers with just the distinct pureness of her voice and an acoustic guitar is a scene to behold.  Combining raw talent with honest melodies, she continues to captivate new fans and keep old ones faithfully returning each time she graces a stage.

Over the last few years, she has shared the stage with Drew & Ellie Holcomb, Josh Garrels, Ben Rector, the Civil Wars, Steven Curtis Chapman, Colony House, etc.  She recently co-wrote the title track for Dove Award-winning artist Ellie Holcomb's latest album.  Jillian is also the founder/host of The Deeply Co, a traveling music + art show that takes place in creative spaces & features local makers & artists of all types.   http://www.jillianedwards.com/

BRYAN POPIN & Brady Lee
Friday, 10/23/2015

With one listen to Bryan Popin, it's immediately obvious he has a talent too expansive to be limited to one musical genre, but he calls gospel music home. Early in his career, the legendary Stevie Wonder nicknamed him ''Little Boy Wonder'' and he's continued to impress with his songwriting skills and vocal prowess.
“This whole record is my life song and my story because I’ve lived it,” Popin says. “Pretty much every song, I’ve lived and I’ve breathed and I’ve walked. It’s been my testimony.

Popin's CD, 'You Can Make It' provides the listener with an interesting mix of songs that are designed to give praise to the Lord.

Bryan's talents extend to songwriting as he wrote music for NSYNC/Justin Timberlake/Chaka Khan and others,

Friday, 11/20/2015

Named ‘Best Group/Duo’ in the 2014 International Acoustic Music Awards, acoustic-duo Ryanhood have performed more than 800 shows in 42 U.S. states over the past decade. They’ve shared stages with Jason Mraz, Matt Nathanson, Train, and Lifehouse.

Ryanhood began as humble street-performers at Boston’s Quincy Market, when they were spotted by a college booking agent and thrust into the college touring scene. Campus Activities Magazine would soon name them “one of the most requested acts by college buyers all across the country.”

Their airtight vocal harmonies, along with Ryan’s rapidly precise guitar riffs and Cameron’s soulfully rich lead vocals, create the pleasantly distinguishable “Ryanhood” sound.

They have since relocated back to their hometown of Tucson, AZ, where they have won more than a dozen Tucson Music Awards including “Best Folk Band” and “Best Rock Band” (you can decide for yourself which is most accurate).
